MUSEUM LONDON –
Museum London Free Guided Tour – May 19, 2:00 pm
Imagination Station – May 19, 1:00 pm – This free drop-in program for adults and children will stimulate communication, collaboration and creativity. Visit one of our many exhibitions and then stop by for an afternoon of artmaking. Our staff monitors will provide guidance and introduce you to a wide range of art-making through painting, drawing, sculpture, print-making and more.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST TO WELCOME BACK CAMPERS –
Welcome back Campers Pancake Breakfast! – May 18, 9 am to noon
Location – Recreation Center field area. Welcome back campers! Come grab some tasty pancakes and say hi to your fellow friends and campers! Hosted by the Fanshawe Campers’ Association.
FANSHAWE PIONEER VILLAGE –
Fanshawe Pioneer Village will be marking a special milestone in 2019– our 60th anniversary! Be one of the first to visit the village during the 2019 public programming season! Meet the villagers, explore, and discover our rural roots during Opening Weekend!

Queen Victoria’s Birthday and Garden Party
Commemorate the birth of Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, during Queen Victoria’s Birthday and Garden Party at Fanshawe Pioneer Village! Enjoy the pomp and circumstance of royal festivities, including dancing, bubble blowing, fair games, and lemonade, as we mark the 200th natal year of our long-reigning monarch! The formal celebrations, including cake and lemonade, begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Lawson Gazebo in our Victoria Park. Visit our friends from Eldon House in the Trinity Church Yard for a Garden Party from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or meet the United Empire Loyalists at the London Brewery.
Bring along a blanket and enjoy a picnic in our Victoria Park, or purchase lunch at the Pioneer Village Cafe.
Annual Garden and Plant Sale
Visit our wonderful volunteer gardeners at their annual Garden and Plant Sale at the London Brewery Patio. Featuring an array of heritage plants.
Fireworks
Most of our buildings will be closing at 4:30 p.m., but the grounds will be open until approximately 7:00 p.m. for those attending the Optimist of Fanshawe London Fireworks. Afterward, we will be heading down to the fireworks with some games for people to try! Admission free from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please note: though admission to the Village will be free during this time, the Optimists of Fanshawe London will be charging a fee at park entrances for the fireworks of $20.00 per car (cash only).

LONDON AREA SPRAY PADS –
Spray pads are interactive water play areas and have sensors that users push to activate the features. Spray pads use potable water.
Spray pads are unsupervised and have no standing water. They are checked daily by City staff.
Spray pads at 16 locations around the city will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from May 18 –September 02, 2019

Saturday Morning Walks – Reservoir Park
May 18, 9-10 am
Each walk will begin at 9:00 a.m. from the meeting place listed and will take approximately one hour. All walks are free. Come on out and enjoy walking the beautiful trails and parks within the City of London. Families with children are welcome. Wear good boots as there may be mud, roots or rocks. London Majors vs. Brantford Red Sox –
May 17: Join the London Majors as they take on the Brantford Red Sox at historic Labatt Memorial Park, 25 Wilson Avenue! The game starts at 7:35 PM.
