Celebrate Throwback Thursday with Netflix

There’s something pretty awesome about connecting with your kids over something you loved when you were young. It offers a glimpse into what you were like as a kid yourself, and gives you a way to relive your childhood. My daughter and son-in-law still watch some of the shows that meant a lot to them together (Magic School Bus anyone?) and I’m sure they’ll be introducing their (future) children to those as well! And seeing the kids get so excited about things I used to watch – Scooby-Doo and Star Wars for example – just makes me feel all warm and nostalgic. It gives us something to share and bond over too.
