Ingredients: 2 unpeeled apples, cored and diced ½ ripe avocado, peeled and diced 1 T. diced green onion 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp fresh lime juice ½ tsp. jalapeno pepper ¼ tsp. minced garlic Mix all ingredients together. Makes 2 ½ cups.
