Welcome to March and another 12 days of new and exciting recipes or crafts to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. Over the next 12 days, my blogger friends and I will be sharing some great ideas to make you feel like you’ve been visited by the luck of the Irish!

When I was younger I worked at an Irish pub and I remember how much fun St. Paddy’s Day was! One of my bosses looked just liked a leprechaun and every year on March 17th, he would dress up all in green from head to toe, sing Irish folk songs, do a little Irish dancing, and top it all off with back flips! I don’t know what back flips had to do with St. Patrick’s Day but it sure was fun to watch. We served green beer, green snacks, and everyone became Irish for the day. Nowadays, the day is more about making cute shamrock crafts with the kids and indulging in tasty green treats.

Speaking of tasty green treats, today’s recipe is for a Brownie Mint Trifle. This recipe is chocolaty, creamy, and minty! Visit SavingYouDinero.com for this yummy recipe. Make sure you check back tomorrow for a new craft of recipe for your family to enjoy!

What’s your favourite way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? Erin go bragh!
