When i first heard about Gerber Lil’ Beanies toddler snacks, of course, I thought of my sweet little grand nephew Sawyer and his mom Katy and wondered if they had ever tried them. I remember well the challenge of finding foods that my toddler liked to eat but that also satisfied my requirement of healthy snacks. Lil’ Beanies are made from the goodness of navy beans, baked not fried, and are free of genetically engineered ingredients making them a delicious AND nutritious choice for little ones! Here’s what Katy and Sawyer thought of them –

A happy toddler and a happy mom because Gerber Lil Beanies toddler snacks are delicious and nutritious. One of the most common things I hear among the group of mommies I share with is the difficulty in getting toddlers to eat. My Sawyer has become especially picky and each meal and snack becomes a battle, with me constantly wondering what he will actually eat. We have tried many different foods with nothing that consistently pleases him. That’s why I was so excited with our trip to Walmart two weeks ago!

Sawyer loves Gerber Lil Beanies Toddler Snacks We were wandering through the store trying to pick up a few things I needed. I stood in the aisle searching relentlessly for something that I thought my son might eat without a fight. He was late to have lunch which made him especially fussy so I was desperate to find something quick that he could eat while I finished my shopping.  When I spotted Gerber’s Lil’ Beanies toddler snacks on the shelf, I was especially intrigued to see that they are made of navy beans.  The White Cheddar and Broccoli Lil’ Beanies that I chose have 2 g of protein and 1 g of fiber so I knew they would be good for him!

Sawyer thinks Gerber Lil Beanies are delicious. I love that they are nutritious. Sawyer says, don't even think of trying to take my Gerber Lil Beanies snacks away.

When I opened the snack my son smiled from ear to ear. He sat in the cart and devoured the snack while I finished my Walmart list. Just before I left the store, I decided we should pick up a few more Lil’ Beanies for the week.  The way he devoured his first taste of the snack, I knew that this would become a new staple at our house! Now, when Sawyer wants a snack, he walks to the pantry cabinet, opens it, and immediately reaches for  the Lil’ Beanies.

Sawyer loves his Gerber Lil Beanies toddler snacks.  Lil’ Beanies, by Gerber, are a healthy snack (which makes me happy!) and very much loved by my son. We will have all of the cousins over this week and we will certainly stock up on these for a fun, delicious, and easy snack!  Great job, Gerber, for coming up with such a healthy snack and kudos to Walmart for keeping the Gerber aisle well-stocked!
